How do I order?
After choosing the desired product, click on “Add to trolley”, then select “Continue shopping” or “Pay” to go to the checkout and complete the order by filling out the required information.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the shipping area: for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, orders over €75 are free, orders under €75 cost €7.50. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries in the European Union cost €15. Shipments to the rest of the world cost €50 independently of the order amount.
How long will delivery take?
Purchased products will be delivered within 24/48 hours (working days), in any case a maximum of 7/10 days is established depending on the destination.
How can I check my order status?
If you want to check your order status, you must log in with your username and password, enter the “History” section and then “Order Details”. You can also check and print your invoice from this section. Are returns permitted?
Maystar permits exchange or return of purchased products within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, if the product has not been used, opened, handled or damaged. Exchanges or returns of damaged or used products shall not be accepted without the original packaging.
How can I return a product?
Purchased products to be refunded may be returned via ordinary post. All returns must have the original packaging and a duly filled on return form (download here). Once the product(s) has been received, Maystar will verify the indicated defect and will proceed to dispatch the replacement product. Should a refund for the product be requested, Maystar shall proceed with refunding the amount paid via the same method used for the payment. The shipping costs of the products to be exchanged or returned, without any apparent defect, will be at the client’s expense and under no circumstances shall Maystar accept returns sent postage unpaid.
What should I do if the product is damaged during transport?
You must notify us of this via an e-mail to email@example.com, including the order number and the reason for the incidence.
Why have I not received my order by the delivery date?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You may consult the delivery dates for each order in the “History” and “Order Details” sections (requires a log in). For more certainty, send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org

I have a return underway, but something unexpected has happened. What should I do?

What happens if the courier has not been able to collect the parcel?
Contact us via e-mail: email@example.com to organise a new collection date if necessary. If Maystar has accidentally sent a different article from that requested or if the article sent is of insufficient quality, Maystar will manage the exchange or return once the mistake or defect has been verified.

When should I begin to use creams?

You can apply a face mask up to three times a week. Many of our masks have a creamy texture so you can apply them at night and comfortably sleep in them.

Always put sun cream on after your treatment cream, or just use the sun cream if it contains active ingredients and also acts as a treatment cream.
